Chancellor Felt is the Chancellor of The Kingdom of Vencea under King Ronald and Queen Maud. He handles most of the day-to-day business for the Kingdom, as well as any miscellaneous tasks the King or Queen need doing.

As a child, Felt lived on the streets of Trench City with his mother. After he saved Prince Ronald and the future Queen Maud from a jubjub bird that had escaped from the zoo, the three became fast friends. When Prince Ronald was crowned king, he immediately made Felt his Chancellor. Although the power dynamic has shifted a bit since then, the three are still close and Felt does everything in his power to show his appreciation and friendship.
